During August 2010 32 of us from Bude, Jacobstow and Launceston are going to kandersteg for a 10 day camp.

Activities are booked!! Unfortuently we couldn’t do some of the activities when we wanted and have had to change the itinerary for most of the week. It does mean that some people will miss out on some activities, but we have got more activities booked so everyone will be kept busy

Fundraising is going well. We’ve raised half of what we’ve aimed for and today the paper work is being filled in for the catering and activites.
We have two camps coming up where everyone on the Kandersteg trip will get to meet everyone else and were also incorporating some bag packing with those camps.

2 weeks ago all the leaders met up to go through things. Everything has just about been planned. We are waiting at the moment for forms to book our activities. Fundraising is going well, but we still have a lot to do. Everyone should now have their Kandersteg neckers for the trip and to wear to fundraising events.

Last night Kira and Kevin had a meeting to go through activities. We have decided on the bigger activities we’d like everyone to take part in and we have a couple days still left to fill and half days. We aim to get everyone up a mounatin for the night. We have also realised that 3 of the group are having birthdays whilst were there, one of which will be spending his birthday up a mountain!

The itinerary for the camp has been finished. Fundraising has been going well with bag packing, tabel top sales and gig. The Marhamchurch revel committe have donated £250.
